In PCAA, interviews are conducted over video link at all stations except Karachi. The panel consists of 3 people. One is the ADG or any other executive, second is the HR head, and the third is the head of the concerned department.
The interview begins with general knowledge questions by the executive. The second part is the technical part by the concerned head. The GK include capitals, heads, largest rivers, continents, oceans, seas, aviation knowledge, current affairs, and so on. The technical part includes basic questions by the concerned department head.
Each part is about half-half. Prepare each part well to excel in the interview.
At the start of the interview, the original documents and CNIC are also checked by HR staff.
Dress well.
